It is embarrassing that such a booking was confirmed in the first place, and the stress caused is entirely due to your company’s failure to ensure the property was operational.

"The photos dont do this property justice. secluded and quite with the sabie river running along side the villas and restaurants its just paradise. We stayed in the family Villa and it was breathtaking.
