"Staff was excellent!! GM Brenda helped me work thru a credit card issue, and Dia was friendly and pleasant with my grandkids. Literally, my only complaint (but it’s a biggie for me) was water pressure!! When you’re trying to get ready for an event, that will slow down a long haired gal!! Seems to be a recurring thing as another Hampton we stayed at had horrible water pressure!! If you’re trying to save money, you’re going about it the wrong way!! My shower was way longer to get everything rinsed out!!"
"Very nice clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked like a nice set up, would definitely stay again. "
"We’ve stayed here for the last three years when we come into town for the races. We’ve come back each year because we like the location of the facility and have always had good interactions with the staff however, the facility in general is getting rundown and in need of repair which is becoming more and more evident each year we come back. I really like that there is no carpeting in the rooms as that tends to hold order and allergens. I also love the kitchen in our room that is fully stocked with cookware but that’s where my positive review ends. It is by no fault of the front desk or cleaning staff it is more of a maintenance issue. The sink in the bathroom looked like it could just fall off the wall. The water out of the shower is like a trickle. There is a definitely lean to the floor in the rooms on the second floor and the elevator floor trim as you’re getting in looks bowed, and water damaged that in time will become a tripping hazard. This year our room was right next to the elevator, which was very loud and obnoxious throughout the night. When the toilet was flushed there was a very loud squeal as water was trying to go through the pipes. It’s a very affordable stay however if you’re looking for a place that shows that they maintain the facility properly, I would not recommend. "
"This place was disgusting! I actually left without getting my money back.
Not only was it filthy they gave me a room that I walked in on someone sleeping!
