We should have known better when there were ear plugs left on the pillows. The bar down stairs was crazy loud untill 2 am!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s ok…….
I appreciate that this is a suite type of hotel, but without reception, it makes the whole process very difficult. Stayed for a couple of hours then booked somewhere else.

Others have remarked on the noise level and I think the hotel must have responded as there were earplugs on the bed! There is a late night bar, party 'tent', next door and it is noisy but we did not find it too much of a problem. The room is large and nicely furnished. The kitchenette has fridge and tea/coffee facilities but no hob. The location is so convenient for Keukenhof (we walked in 10-15 mins) and Lisse is a nice small dutch town to wander around, with some good eating options. Bikes to hire everywhere :-)

We liked our stay and the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The kitchenette was really more of a coffee bar than anything with a hot plate or microwave or frig which might be expect in a kitchenette in a US hotel but it was fine for us and all we needed.

Very big room, excellent bed, nesspresso, fridge, tea, good towels and bathroom No lift, my room was front corner (101) and was very noisy... Ear plugs were on the bed, so probably problem is known. Had troubles to sleep till very late, also afternoon. I rated it 3 stars instead of 5 only for this reason. Probably other rooms are much quieter.

The hotel was clean and absolutely lovely. The only problem we had was noise from the bar next door. Noisy customers. I would completely recommend this hotel, just take some ear plugs. Would definitely go there again.

5* couldn’t ask for more
Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble - even let us in to our room early after arriving on an overnight ferry! Couldn’t have asked for more, and room was tip top! Would happily go back.

Clean, close to the Keukenhof Garden, kindness of staff. Good breakfast, and good lunch and dinner in the ajoint restaurant.

The staffs were very nice and helpful. I had a very good time staying in there. The location is great. It is a little bit far from the airport, but if you want to see a nice Dutch small town. This is a very good choice.

Es war insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir sind spät eingereist. Mit Hilfe einer Mail konnten wir die Türen mit einem Swipe problemlos öffnen. Das Hotel liegt an einer Fußgängerzone und es kann lauter werden, aber auch nur minimal und selbst dafür stellt das Hotel Oropax zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön und gemütlich. Das Bett war spitze! Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Wij vonden het een prima hotel. Oke er zat een feestcafe naast. We hebben er wel om kunnen lachen. Want we wisten het. Prima bed en midden in het centrum. Ook koffie en thee was goedvoor elkaar. Ik zeg aanrader.

Bij aankomst waren we een beetje sceptisch over de omgeving, maar eenmaal binnen was het bovenverwachting mooi. Het steegje is 's avond wat spannend. Bij binnenkomst lagen er oordopjes. Dit kwam als een verassing. Maar was geen overbodige luxe. Wat een lawaai. Midden naast een feestcafe.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind super schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Leider lag unser Zimmer ungünstig. Durch einen Nachtclub herrschte bis 4 Uhr morgens eine immense Lautstärke. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern war der Lärm sehr unangenehm. Auf dem Bett lagen bei Ankunft Ohrstöpsel, was uns erst wunderte. Jetzt wissen wir allerdings warum.
