"This property had free parking, clean heated pools, view and access to the beach, with beach chairs available for use. Someone was always cleaning and the hotel was kept clean. All staff were very helpful and easy to approach. Everyone was very nice from the moment we walked in. I would definitely stay again. "

"This hotel was a huge disappointment. The pool is under contruction which was not that bad, expect the pools that were open were cold and dirty. Housekeeping comes every other day. The morning they came we were still in the room. They never came back. Our garage was never picked up for 5 days. We had to get towels from the lobby or take them from the pool. Parking was $29.00 a night even for guest staying in the hotel.The breaskfast was ok. Nothing special. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Microwave was not functional- we called to report 3 times, asked in person at the front office and called the booking number and finally got a response 2 days later. The bathroom sink would not drain. The property was very dirty and there was a lot of odor from drug use. The actual rooms do not look at all like the pictures- the kitchen is minimally stocked and did not even have a baking sheet. "

My granddaughter got the Murphy bed sheets dirty and i asked for some and i never got them. Just a later response to come get them myself. And check in could have been easier "
