"Tout a été parfait durant notre séjour. Hôtel très agréable, très bien entretenu et à la décoration très harmonieuse.Les chambre et la jolie piscine sont nichées dans un petit jardin fleuri , un petit paradis.Le personnel ( acceuil,restaurant et ménage) est extrêmement agréable et souriant. "Said the air-conditioning was broken. Wouldn't be fixed for our stay. Hadn't been fixed since last summer. Room was nearly 30 degrees. No communication prior to our stay. Everyone was complaining."

"Mi dispiace fare recensioni negative. Davvero, la posizione è la fine del mondo. Ma, la pulizia dell appartamento, non può essere davvero positiva. Tutte le stoviglie avevano odore di stantio, vuol dire che l utima volta forse sono state lavate nel 2024? Cambio asciugamani mai avvenuto. Cuscini con odore di muffa....mah. Una cosa importante, la manutenzione dei climatizzatori, per legge andrebbe eseguita ogni 6 mesi, pulendo i filtri, avendo il telecomando rotto per fortuna, non abbiano...

Uncomfortable

"Checked in early, they were kind enough to hold our luggage but we couldnt get the room because it was 10am. The route to get to the hotel was tough, too many curbs and single car roads the parking was complicated and seemed sus. Upon getting to our room, our luggage was there waiting in the room, but the hotel and room seemed like a prison. The hotel was outdated and didnt feel comfortable. They were nice enough to put a crib inside the room without us asking for our baby."

Great hotel near the beach - ocean view

"Pros: Great beach; restaurant in the hotel; near the beach; great ocean view; free parking; free towels for guests to use at the beach (ask at the reception). Cons: Lots of stairs to get e to the beach; and only one restaurant option to dine in (the hotel one). But you can drive only 5 minutes to get to another town with lots of good restaurants and shopping options. Would definitely stay again here as the beach felt more private and less touristic than in other towns of the island. The restaurant service is amazing, has nice ocean view, and the food is good, but it’s a little pricy when compared to other restaurants in the island. "

"I stayed in a double bedroom for 3 nights and absolutely loved the place! Has the most amazing views all around, the rooms are very cleaned and comfortable and the pool is great! If I have the chance to come back to isola d’Elba I will definitely stay here again."
