Nice hotel at the center of old town. Great views of cathedral and clock tower. Brilliant staff, helpful and polite throughout. Special mentions to Telegrafas for both food and service. However the rooms on the top floor has a slope which needs some getting used to. I am 1.76m in my own room and it's a little tight. I cannot imagine if it's someone taller. Comfortable check in with sparking wine should the standard for all hotels :)

We were received by a very friendly and helpful front desk staff upon arrival. The hotel is centrally located and is near to the old town with lots of food choices and walkable to attractions. The hotel is clean, bright and well maintained. We love the space in the room where we can nicely place 2 opened up luggage. The bathroom is also very spacious and there is space to place our toiletries.

Great hotel, big disadvantage is that Hotel did not accept all major credit cards including AMERICAN EXPRESS besides of that was good location, ok breakfast and WIFI worked 95% of the time perfect.
