Premier Hotel Cabin Little Bay

"Very nice property but the housekeeping was just ok. They completely skipped our room on a couple occasions even though we had the tag on handle to “makeup room”. Housekeeping could’ve been a little more friendly. They had an angry attitude about tidying up our room even though we are kind and outgoing. Even as you passed them walking out of your room they were pissed off. Save your time withe the Krystal specialty restaurant. Food was terribly overcooked and the filet wasn’t a filet. Who knows what it was but it wasn’t a filet. Totally inedible!! We stuck with the buffet which always had delicious, fresh food. A special shout out to the entire front desk, lifeguard and bartending staff though who were extremely friendly and hospitable. Such a great group of people. Made me and my family feel welcome and helped answer any questions we had. Overall I’d give the property a 4 out of 5 stars and we would go back. "

"The room was clean but had a musty smell and the mattress was not good on my back. Staff was helpful, breakfast was decent depending on what you ordered. Beach was big and there were chairs for everyone. All the floats available was a big bonus. I found the price of a red stripe to be much higher than other places on the beach but the turkey club and fries was a good sandwich. All in all it was a good stay."

"Pools are great and the beach is beautiful with plenty of trees, cabanas and lawn chairs. There are high chairs in all restaurants. Use bug spray for ackee restaurant. Food and drinks is good. Overall staff is amazing. I would recommend this place for families. I would come back again. Our favourite people are Flame, T.T., aqua sports rental staff including Ashley and the other lady, Travis and the guy always under the tree on the beach. "

"Girls trip with my sixteen year old daughter for the beach/pool. Large hotel, our room was on the 2nd floor of building six on the beachside. Room was very clean and well maintained. We felt that this side must be much quieter than rooms facing the water park and pool as the moonlight theatre entertainment in the evenings was very loud. We did hear quite a lot of noise from other guests in the halls. Buffet food was good, service varied one dinner great attentive server and the next we never got asked if we wanted a drink. Only ate at the Mexican restaurant and it wasn’t great. The wait at the Italian was over a hour and they don’t take reservations so we never got the chance to eat there. The hotel occupancy felt low so not sure what wait times look like at high occupancy times. We had very few interactions with staff, everyone was polite and courteous. Enjoyed the pool area (clean, plenty of loungers and towels) on the beach side but was surprised that you had to go to the bar for drinks and food no servers for the loungers. We enjoyed the coffee bar and ice cream shop. The jerk food truck was tasty. We also liked the dance entertainment shows in the evenings and that there were times that there was no entertainment activities in the pool area we were at. "

"Excellent stay at the Princess. My only recommendation is to have a hot tub or two. Having a pool with jet but water is cold defeats the purpose. Additionally charging for room service does not allow for the adult only feeling. "

"Very cute & clean rooms. Nice variety in gift shop. Perfect location on 7 mile beach. Excellent bartender & very reasonable drink selections. Lots of delicious selections to choose from on breakfast, lunch & dinner menues. Lunch menu is served til 5pm! Fine dinning for dinner!"

"Good for families maybe not so much adults who want a little more privacy and exclusion from teens and kids. for Very large resort with a huge main pool. Staff was very friendly and the food overall was very very good. We got the signature level and the resort only has 2 bars that offer premium liquor, 1 at the signature pool which closes at 6 and the other where you do the check in/out and they close at 11pm. Our room was cozy and we had a beautiful view of the ocean, my only complaint about the room is that you can hear everything. You can hear what is going on upstairs, people walking by outside, and the transportation carts. It’s a pretty good resort and has its pros and cons, but we would probably not go back. And be careful because they are real hard on getting you to go to the breakfast where they try to sway you into buying a membership with the hotel. It took us 4.5 hours of our day. "
