"The lunch menu and food was excellent. It was so good we decided to do dinner. Dinner was not as well done as lunch. I wonder if there was a chef change. The food was freshly prepared.
The staff was amazing: friendly, warm. It was a cold cloudy day (Mar 21) so the riverside patio furniture was stowed away. Still a nice place to watch the river.
One warning: river view rooms disappointing, one window without much of a view. Get a simple room and go outside. FWI I would go back in a heartbeat.
BTW They take dogs and fussed over my dog Buster. He is really charming, so I can't speak for other dogs.

"Likes: gym, the parking staff was professional, responsive and friendly, the location is great: near everything. Dislikes: staff was friendly only we arrived, we forgot tooth brushes receptionist didn’t know if they had them and told us to come downs stairs to get it but no one was at the reception, I was just there waiting for someone to appear from their office. Also on checkout day they were short and curt, I asked for an hour later checkout - on a Sunday and not busy at all, receptionist said she could do 1/2 hour, and she asked for the keys but never bothered to ask how our stay was and didn’t gives a break down of charges verbally. We’ve stayed in many hotels but this by far has the smallest room ever, bathroom so small!! But the pictures on their website don’t show how small this room was! No water pressure on the shower and bathroom door (sliding) wouldn’t stay closed unless you lock it, and the tray in the shower only holds one bottle of shampoo. They have those bathrooms that have the sink on the outside and the toilet and shower in a separate (very very small room) we couldn’t find the light switch and on top of that it was very dark in there. mattress was like a sheet w fluff thrown inside, we kept hitting the corner of the bed frame because it was about 12 inches from the wall, no privacy if we left the shades open, everyone in the courtyard can see you. Toilet is the worse toilet ever "
