"Upon checking in, we were taken very good care of by the door staff. Taking care of our luggage and showing us where the check-in desk was. Our room was very nice, but the bathroom was not exceptional. The sink area was very small and difficult for two people to work around. There was a shower but no bathtub, and we really appreciate a bathtub. We also found that they offered transportation to the DFW airport, only there was nobody around to explain the service to us when we left early at 5:30 in the morning."

"The property was clean and rooms were clean as well. The front desk attendant was not friendly nor informative. When she gave me the key cards she didnโt tell me the room number, the floor, and she also didnโt point to the elevators. I have stayed at other Westonโs and service has been excellent. His attendant acted like I had been there before and I knew my way around the hotel. At checkout that attendant was friendly, courteous, and an excellent representative of Westin."
