"The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. My only significant frustration was having to come back downstairs approximately five times to have my room key reactivated.
One of the front desk associates explained that this is unfortunately a recurring issue with the key cards and that the hotel is required to purchase them through a designated supplier.
If that is the case, I think this is something Comfort Suites/Choice Hotels should seriously reconsider at the corporate level. Whatever small savings may be achieved by using a particular supplier are simply not worth the negative impact on the guest experience. Having a guest make five trips to the front desk just to regain access to their room is frustrating and completely avoidable.
I consider myself a fairly patient customer, and the staff handled the situation as well as they could. But many guests would understandably be far less tolerant after the second or third trip downstairs.
Sometimes saving pennies on an operational item ends up costing far more in customer satisfaction. Room keys are a very small part of the cost of running a hotel, but when they don't work, they become a very big part of the guest experience."
"The staff was amazing, loved all of them, especially Melissa, so is so kind and accommodating. The property is sort of confusing due to the construction going on. All of the amenities are not available. They do not have a restaurant available in the evening, and the bar is sometimes but not everyday. Even though is a nice, clean hotel, staff is great."
"My daughter and I came to stay for a concert, but had to leave early the next morning so we didn't get a chance to really check the place out. What we did experience was very nice and helpful front desk that were able to get us into our room early. Our room was clean and comfortable , we had a double Queen suite. Loved having the little separate living room area.Great price and it was right across from the venue we were able to walk over! We will definitely stay stay again the next time we attend a concert at the Walmart amphitheater☺️"
"Great location. Food in The Hive was very good. Need more signs to give guests directions to check in due to construction on streets. Room was nice, large and comfortable but, for price, expected more."
