"Staying at Idle awhile cliff is a great stay, however be aware of the very idle vibe. Things are extremely relaxed. Most people go out for dinner in the evenings, so staff is normally gone by 7pm on the dot. This property has so much potential but I am afraid it’s a tad bit neglected because it is the smaller of the 3 properties. The concept of the room is amazing. The pool is perfect to cool down in after getting the sunny exposure the afternoons provide. The staff is fantastic Delkia and Rose are exceptional the meals were fantastic and Delkia is outstanding at arranging any tours or transportation you may need or want. "We stayed in a Family Swim-Out Room with our infant and preschooler and had a wonderful holiday overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the swim-out pool was the highlight, used every day by our family. The resort is large, well maintained and the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the main buffet, Reef Buffet for Jamaican dishes and the Italian restaurant. The smoothie bar was a daily favourite, and the 24-hour café was perfect for quick snacks and sandwiches for the children. Housekeeping was the main area needing improvement. Despite tipping daily, we often had to request basic toiletries such as shampoo and body wash. Our room service indicator light was also broken throughout our stay despite being reported. The beach has lovely soft sand, but the water is quite rocky, so water shoes are highly recommended for adults and children. The waterpark was great fun for our kids, although some areas are better suited to older children. The Kids Club staff were friendly and caring, though the activities felt a little limited compared with other family resorts. The resort is quite isolated, and essentials in the gift shop are expensive, so plan ahead if travelling with young children. Overall, the excellent food, swim-out room, family-friendly facilities and friendly staff made for a very enjoyable stay. We would happily return and recommend it to other families."

"We had the best time of our lives, period. Everyone was amazing, and the people really do make the experience. Our Butler, Liam, was incredible… always going out of his way to make sure things were exactly as we hoped they would be. From booking couples massages, to helping me get change so I could tip staff, he was incredible. Liam helped me organize a beautiful, private, breakfast on the day we checked out. The day before checkout, My wife and I had a romantic dinner on the beach planned. Unfortunately, the rain made it so the beach was not an option. Liam and our waiter Shaquan, made sure that they found a secluded garden spot to have our dinner instead, and it was fantastic. The food was also amazing. Because of the rain, Liam and Shaquan went out of their way, by leaving rose petals all over our room. With touches like swans made of towels and a warm bath drawn w rose petals in the water. It was so special. Our driver from and to the airport, ORondo, became a friend, and I value the time we got to spend with him. Finally, we’d like to also thank Jahmone. He helped drive us around the facility by golf cart. Whether we needed to go to the front lobby or a ride to the Platinum lounge, he always seemed to be there. Jahmone is a young man in his early 20s and his work ethic and customer service were that of a seasoned veteran. We can’t wait to come back to The Princess Senses Mangrove. This place is paradise."
