Perfect hotel for solo travelers, it is classic NYC tiny room. I loved my stay and the front desk staff were so nice. Definitely worth the price. I was excited to come back from a busy day of exploring to a cozy room.

That came as a shock!
Refrigerator didn’t work.
View is amazing, and the pool area was great.
I’d try some where else next time. I think Virgin are relying on their name to get customers these days.

4th of July visit.
"The service and employees are awesome excellent service few things I did not like roaches in the room,the people downstairs grilling too close my room stank like charcoal smoke I understand it was a Holliday but grills shall be allowed at some reasonable distance of the building and also people smoking ..."
