We spent one night as a family at this hotel. Very clean and spacious king suite. Hot breakfast was good. Very friendly staff and they allowed us to hang at the lounge till we finished the eclipse viewing after our checkout.

Exceptional service and beautiful location. Everything with my visit was perfect, Shannon at the front desk ensured that daily. We had a dog and the, hotel was clean, warm and inviting. Convenient to wheelchair access and user friendly to the elderly crowd. The breakfast food was hot and fresh, the home potatoes were to die for . Everything was on point, the entire staff made our visit pleasant and comfortable. I don’t recall the morning front desk attendants name , but she was warm and friendly as well. Thank you Hilton team of Little Rock. Oh I didn’t mention there was a Costco and TJ Maxx 8min away.

I GOT THIS HOTEL BC OF THE INDOOR POOL, THEN WE GET THERE AND ITS CLOSED. THE BEDS WERE NOT THAT COMPFORTABLE. IT WAS OK BUT FOR THE PRICE IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.

Hotel was quiet. Desk staff were polite, knowledgeable. Our hostess/server at the restaurant (dinner) was great! Really thought the dinner menu offered a broad choice, our meal was well prepared.

This is one of our favorite hotel to stay at in Little Rock. Always clean and friendly staff. My only complaint is there is no Gideon Bible in the room.

Room was not as rated (9 ). It was dark. Had to move floor lamp from chair in one corner to where desk was located. Found debris under beds. Fridge was freezing water and food and had no adjustment. Vent in bathroom almost completely blocked by dust. No body soap in tub (had to use shampoo as I was already wet). Informed desk twice but was given some tiny soaps. Housekeeping never showed. No ice on 3rd floor, went to second floor same result. Finally able to get some on 1st floor. Next day checked 3rd floor, no ice, then saw machine was turned off. Sqaure of paper on floor of elevator on second day which my wife picked up and placed on table outside of elevator on 1st floor (no trash can) then later I picked up a hotel pen and placed on same table next to piece of paper still there. Both were still there when we checked out. Grounds were littered in various places the whole time we were there, Overall these issues did not represent Hilton very well.

The only bad part was the breakfast. Very disappointing choices and quality especially considering it costs $14 a person. I would recommend going out to breakfast somewhere else. Other than that everything was great.

Old rooms lacking technology
