"My welcome / check in was just ok. I was not greeted with a friendly staff member - no eye contact from start to finish, a bit terse and seemed to be in a bad mood. Not ideal customer service upon arriving at a place I have never stayed. Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe he just doesn’t like his job? "

"I checked in and checked out within a couple of hours. The room was unsanitary. The walls and baseboards were covered in filth. The tub was full of mold and mildew. I requested a refund because the room was unlivable and my children were coughing and couldn't breathe from the mold and leftover smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The woman said they would have housekeeping check the room in the morning and as long as the towels and stuff were not used they would refund me. The next morning I called and they refused to refund me. I contacted Expedia for a refund and was told the property was continually hanging up on the representative when they were trying to contact them to approve the refund. This place is a complete fraud. The pictures have to be 20 years old. Do not reserve a room here. Now I'm out $85 and another $108 I spent to go across the street to Holiday Inn which btw was amazing and so worth the extra $23. I wouldn't allow a dog to sleep in this place!"

"Staff was helpful and nice. Filled up my ice bowl with filtered water when I asked. Room was very clean. Rooms are standard motel fair. Small studio but enough room. Showers are a nice size."
