"This hotel is not up to Hilton standards. It is worn and tired. The upholstery in our room was stained. The shower grout was stained. The only good thing about this hotel is the shuttle service to the airport. "

"The front desk staff was amazing I believe the gentleman's name was Hector who checked us in.. so kind so generous with his words, and even gave us free appetizers to the restaurant next door. It was an incredible find and it was an accidental find. Our room was right on the water absolutely beautiful. Quick Uber ride to the San Francisco Airport I highly recommend this place I Left My heart in San Francisco"

"I was given a handicap room! The elctrical outlets were not secure with covers and I had to pay 18 dollars for parking which I do not remember seeing this in the reservation. I have another reservation there in the next few days. If it was not the fact that this hotel is close to the airport I would cancel my stay. The least thing they can do is to give me a free upgrade for my next stay."
