Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Rooms were much better than expected. Fridge wasn't as cold as could be and room AC could be better. Overall it was a good stay, would probably stay there again.

Many improvements have been made recently or are in progress. Room was clean and comfortable. Some work is needed in thw yard surrounding the property...that will come in time, I'm sure.

I know they say they were fixing the property but it is old and shows it. I could over look that if the rooms were clean. Mirror in the bathroom had water on it from the guest before toilet not clean. Bed seemed clean. Price was cheaper than most in the area, so I don’t expect much just need to be at least clean.

The hotel was fine for a drag close to Yellowstone but they were doing renovations during our stay. That’s understandable but one night they were working above our room until 1am. That shouldn’t happen.

The proporty was under construction we knew this when we booked. Our room was comfortable, nicly remodeled however we were not provided with any sort of toilet tissue or any holder to put it on. When we asked for some the cleark had to rull all over the hotel to find some. We went down for breakfast the first day and found cold eggs, tatertots and sausage. The heat trays had nothing to keep them warm. The waffle makers were plugged in but not working. The coffee tasted like burnt sawdust. We ate on the economy after that. Our second of 3 nights we had someone smoking so much weed next to us it was like being hot boxed. Or las night i think they room next to was was having a get together and our thin walls made our room part of the party

Called before 9pm and was told our king room was given away. Showed up a bit after 9 and was put in a double queen room that was on a floor that was currently being remodeled. Room had construction debris, sheets were stained, no trim on floor at doorway so there was a 2 inch gap at bottom of door that let in all noises from hallway. Main lobby and breakfast area looks nothing like pictures, not a welcoming place at all.

The hotel property is going to renovation, the inside of the hotel floors are not done. Breakfast was terrible, dehydrated eggs, and bacon and waffles on the side was it. The upgraded room was almost completed but the bathroom was very small. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and the shower only had scorching hot water coming from it. The AC and heater unit was old and had a very bad smell coming out of it so we couldn’t use it. The window wasn’t able to open to get some fresh air in either.

When we pulled up, we thought we might be at the wrong address. The building looks empty from the outside. Walking into the lobby, it appeared freshly renovated, but further inspection revealed that it is under construction. The young lady at the counter was rude. Once we had our room key, we went up to the second floor. Our room was at the opposite end of the hall and all along the way the room doors were open, appeared empty and in various stages of disarray. Our room was not clean. The toilet had hair on it. The sheets and towels had yellow stains. The TV wasn't working. My daughter was able to find that the card was not inserted into the back of the TV. Once she fixed it, we were able to get Direct TV. The WiFi did not work; we had 1 bar and could not get WiFi in our phones or my laptop. We had booked a 2-night stay; but after reading the reviews, we decided to leave early the next morning and not return.
