"I would highly recommend staying at Faulty towers.it’s location is central and the hotel is charming well kept and relaxing The staff are friendly very helpful and this ensures a well run accommodation. The gym was also great, and we the animals (impala, zebras, giraffes, and monkeys) were everywhere, so fun to have them so close! "

"This hotel has world-class service. All the staff, from the front desk, to maintenance and housekeeping, work to ensure you have the best experience. There's a fantastic breakfast buffet, with every sort of food. The hotel is in town, so you can walk to everything. If you want to plan a tour there are reps to assist near the lobby. "A group of 7 friends stayed here for 3 nights. The Lodge is very traditional and our 4 rooms were all beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was included and was delicious, being cooked to order, even having options such as Eggs Benedict. We also ate here on 2 evenings and the food was fabulous and very reasonable. The staff can't do enough for you, always on hand to help, going that extra mile. Kennedy (manager) and his staff, Caroline, Destiny, Naomi were all fabulous. Our full day safari in Botswana was arranged by the Lodge and was very reasonable. We would highly recommend this lodge and only wish we had stayed longer but will hope to stay again in the future. Thank you again, we miss you all!"

"A fantastic place to stay for visiting Victoria Falls! I stayed in one of the rooms within the campsite part of the grounds. It was perfect for what I needed - a comfy bed and a clean private bathroom. The basic rooms don't have TVs but it wasn't missed as I spent most of my time on the riverside patio at the restaurant! Having the Safpar booking office right on site was super convenient. They were able to arrange a trusted taxi driver who provided return transport to the falls, as well as airport transfer. It's probably a bit cheaper finding taxis outside of the hotel, but this was definitely a convenient option. The restaurant was fantastic, especially the pizzas 🍕 I would definitely stay again!!"
