"This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough."

"The lodge discovered that our booking was not in their system so we were told to wait which took an hour. They discovered that Expedia has other agents who are working as golden days team when they did not hire or have any access to the agents. I paid for a top up of security but it didn’t even go according to what I paid for. There was an extra charge which reached up to $110 dollars including our booking.
