"Hotel is lovely with crazy golf, a gym and a lovely garden area. However lights on our corridor on floor two were out for the duration of our stay. Informed staff but issue was not rectified. Difficult to access rooms in the dark. Only one waitress employed so could only book dinner one night in the hotel. We were provided with a list of restaurants near by but a car is required. We travelled to three on the list that’s were closed down. Frustrating that they were still provided as an alternative option for food by the hotel."

Showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Located on the heart of Crema, very safe, we enjoyed the bike rentals the hotel arranged for us. Best stay ever!"
