"Staff were great, room was comfortable and clean. Hotel was kepot clean and nicely neat. Housekeeping, however, may take forever; one night the knocked on our door at around 7.30 pm to clean the room. Way too late! We were almost ready to go to sleep. We had to request extra towels for the following day and just wait until the next day to have the room cleaned. Another thing I would fix is...you don't get complimentary water except for the first day! We stayed for 5 nights and had to buy our water, which was $4 each bottle! We ended up getting two galos from Walmart at the price of one single bottle. The funny part is that we could get free coffee or lemonade from the lobby every day, which is more expensive than water! Nice hotel, extremely quiet and conveniently located across the Convention Center. I would definitely stay again, but next time I'll bring my own water."
