Well located, everything is within walking distance. Friendly staff, a SPA with a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Varied breakfast, clean, modern, and spacious room with both a bathtub and a shower. Toiletries are Brendo Bal d’Afrique by Byredo. Bar and restaurant on the 20th floor with a view of the castle.

Good location and very good service. Very spacious room. Only problem had no wifi for the last two days and the IT person was out on Sat and Sun. Towels were a bit over use.

Property was top notch. Furnishings and design look fairly new which makes me think this hotel was renovated in recent years. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful knowing the area to offer suggestions.

This hotel was awesome. Our room was upgraded free of charge and we ended up with a beautiful view of the Alps from the 16th floor. The hotel pool is on the 18th floor and is really nice with the same beautiful view. Breakfast is on the 20th floor and was really great. I stayed in several hotels during my stay in Slovenia and this one had BY FAR the most comfortable bed.

The reception staff is sub par, I asked Stefan at the front desk to put in my IHG number to my reservation and he was annoyed, not knowing I understood slovenian he complained to his colleague about me. At check out they forgot to book my taxi and was late to the airport.
