Generally excellent hotel close to the centre. The buffet breakfast is ample and very good. The television in my room did not work and could not be fixed during my short stay. The tub/shower arrangement is a bit treacherous getting in and out.

The staff is extremely helpful and very polite. I had a double booking issue and the manager, Zorzo, solved the problem expeditiously. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s located within 100 feet from a super market and about 100 yards from the city center. The breakfast is great. Food is fresh and there are a variate of it. There is also a small gym and a pool. I highly recommend it.

The location is great, close to many attractions, the river front, as well as the old town and many restaurants. The staffs are very helpful and attentive too. The rooms are great size with all the amenities including fridge, mini bar, tv and great bathroom with bath tubs. Although everything went well but there are some areas for the management to improve: The rooms amenities are rather old including TV and hairdryer which can be replaced. The carpark is also a nightmare very narrow and hard to park! Other than that a great hotel for its location and spacious rooms.

The staff are excellent and they upgraded us to a lovely room with a beautiful view of the castle. The pool was lovely after walking around Ljubljana. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

The property was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and sauna were a perfect place to either start your day or relax and unwind at the end. The hotel is only a stone throw from Prešeren Square. Anytime I come to Ljubljana this is where I’m staying!
