"The cottage was well located, well equipped and had some lovely little touches such as a bottle of wine on arrival, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee provided. Our children enjoyed meeting the various animals and the setting was very convenient and quiet. "We stayed here for three nights (14-16 August). The standout feature was the politeness and friendliness of staff. They all seemed very pleased to help. The buffet breakfast was very nice too. However, it was quite disappointing that our room had an abundance of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, as did the bathroom. There were noticeable food crumbs and the previous guests’ old receipt on the carpet next to our bed. It was quite obvious that the room had been prepared in haste for us without much attention halving been paid to its cleanliness. It’s a shame as, otherwise, I would have rated this property much higher. I mentioned the above to hotel receptionist upon checkout and they seemed quite surprised. Apart from that, it’s a reasonable place to stay in Tenby."

Would like to thank Lucy for our efficient check-in, as room wasn't ready she had my phone number and informed me when my room was ready as we wanted to explore the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a beautiful hot breakfast in the morning."

"Excellent property, really friendly staff. Fantastic views. Found a few issues like the lights didn't work then we managed to get them working. Glass in bathroom over looked the main house and could be seen through (needs top of window screening) stuck towel over it. One one tea spoon at the breakfast table. Two chairs needed to watch TV only one provided. Needed more flowers and generally prettying up. Could be so much nicer there."
