Really friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Very dog friendly. Service at the restaurant was great. Maybe could have done with a small fridge in the room and some parts like the bathroom door were a bit tatty. But overall really enjoyed out stay.

A lovely hotel on situated towards the northern end of the promenade in Llandudno. The communal areas both inside and out are lovely and the staff are very friendly. The food served in the restaurant is tasty and well priced. We paid for breakfast to be included and it was delicious. We had a room with a sea view located at the front of the property and it was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable, too. I have stayed at this property multiple times and would recommend it. Parking is also free outside the hotel, but it is first come first served. O

The whole experience at the Llandudno Bay Hotel was excellent. The doggy friendliness was something we had not experienced before when we have stayed at other hotels, even down to a freshly cooked sausage for the dog. The outside area for an early evening drink was good along with the lounge facilities. Everything we wanted in the room which was very well decorated and comfortable. Will definitely return.

Lovely property and dog friendly which is a massive bonus! Ideally located right on the beach front. Street parking is free which is amazing. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Our room offered everything we needed including a mini fridge and a dog bag with blanket, bowl and poo bags. Fully recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to come back again!

A gem in my favourite town

Good Appearance but TV did not work, the toilet would not flush effectively and the shower control was broken. The steps immediately inside the door and the size of the toilet and shower area would not suit many guests
