Cwmtydu Located at the mouth of the Afon Tydu, Cwmtydu is a small village with a tiny beach in a deep breach in the coastal cliffs. The Cerdigion Coast Path, from which this was taken, can be seen snaking back up the cliffside opposite. On this (south) side of Cwmtydu, the gradient would be too steep, and the long-distance path has been routed inland to reach the valley ground.

Excellent weekend break with really nice spa. Book spa ahead of stay but definitely worth the effort. Inexpensive drinks in bar with great views and really comfortable seating. Great cocktail menu. All in all faultless. Definitely recommend.

A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. ...
