Wonderful appertmwnt in a wonderful location

The location in in the centre of town however double double glazing ensures there is no noise. The apartment is modern with everything you need for your comfort. There is parking nearby. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Modern apartment in the heart of the old town.

We had great difficulty finding the apartments which are situated in the old part of town and on a pedestrian street, opposite a bar. Our apartment was on the third floor at the rear of the building and so away from the noise. We also had a lovely view of the mountains. Parking was difficult but we did find some street parking about a 5 minute walk away. However, when we returned the following evening the whole centre of town was closed due to a motor rally event over the next 2 days. Wish we had known that in advance. The flat was well equipped with crockery and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster etc. Our only other complaint was the bed. It had one of those waterproof mattress protectors which we find very uncomfortable but after one night I requested it to be removed, which it was. The mattress itself caused us to roll in towards the middle. Having said that, the apartment has a lot going for it. Llanes is a lovely resort with a lot of character and a good base for exploring. The old town is not extensive, but has a very lively atmosphere.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, el Estudio Superior ha sido magnífico, no le falta de nada, la cama y almohadas comodísias, la limpieza y todo el menaje fenomenal y aunque está situado en una calle concurrida y con mucho ambiente , la insonorización del estudio es fantástica y se duerme en completo silencio. Gracias a Antonio por ser tan amable y estar tan pendiente de todos sus huéspedes. Un saludo y volveremos de nuevo.

Fantástica la atención del personal Habitación completa y limpia, cama cómoda y con todos los servicios Había un problema con el calentador del toallero que arreglaron en el día Los apartamentos muy bien situados y las habitaciones insonorizadas Sin embargo, había un problema con los calefactores, que a pesar de estar apagada la calefacción, estaban calientes, lo que genero bastante calor en la habitación durante toda la estancia. Eso avisamos pero no se subsanó

Era un regalo para mi madre y ha vuelto a casa encantada, dice que el chico que la recibió es super amable y la indico donde comer, el apartamento muy confortable y limpio, y ademas muy bien ubicado en el centro del pueblo y sin gota de ruido; sin duda, totalmente recomendable!!

Apartamento coqueto en pleno centro de Llanes

Apartamento muy recomendable, un fin de semana romántico en el que hemos estado muy cómodos. Cocina totalmente equipada, wifi que va como un tiro y baño pequeño pero práctico. Lo único negativo es la almohada, se trata de una única almohada en vez de dos y muy dura para nuestro gusto.
