Okay hotel for exploring Asturias

The hotel, once found, was well situated on the outskirts of the village of Nueva de Llanes in Asturias, suitable for exploring Asturias. Unfortunately both sat nab and Google maps takes you to an apartment building in the village. The room was small and overlooked the roof of the cafe, by which cats obviously accessed, with the sometimes overpowering smell of cats. The shower head was broken. To be fair, I kept forgetting to report it and only remembered when I was checking out. Hot water almost ran out on a couple of mornings. The room was very clean, as were the communal areas. A fairly basic continental breakfast was available from 09:00 to 11:00. Free parking is available at the hotel. Across the road, a bar/restaurant, also called San Jorge, serves food with a limited menu. Service there was okay but slow at busy times. Some other places to eat in the village. I enjoyed the Siderias bar/restaurant. Very good food and service.

Debo decir que supero y por mucho mis expectativas. La ubicación ha sido increíble, los paisajes y el pueblo muy bonitos. Luego l atención insuperable de Elvira, la dueña de la posada y todo su personal. El restaurant del hotel tan bueno el cachopo que cenamos 3 días en el hotel. Me encantó el buen mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Finalmente el desayuno fue muy bueno.

Hotel sencillo muy bien ubicado con buena relación

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en un paraje tranquilo pero en el pueblo. Está muy limpio y el servicio es bueno. El desayuno está bastante bien para el precio del hotel. Buena relación calidad precio. En cuanto a lo negativo se salía un poco el agua de la mampara porque era muy pequeña y el mobiliario es un poco antiguo. Tiene moqueta lo cual amortigua el ruido pero a mí no me gusta. Aún así cumple con todas las expectativas perfectamente. Una buena elección

En la web al pinchar en la opción del apartamento San jorge indica desayuno incluido, y no es así. Tienes que ver el detalle de la opción para darte cuenta que no te lo ponen, pero en el inicio se indica , lo cual lleva a engaño

habiamos pedido dos camas y al llegar encontramos solo 1 y 1 sofa-cama que no estaba ni montado. lo tuvimos que hacer nosotros. los dispensadores de jabón vacíos. La cisterna del wc. no funcionaba bien y la arreglaron al día siguiente de nuestra llegada.

Great family run hotel

Situated 2 kilometers from some beautiful beaches on Spain's north coast in a lovely village called Nueva, it was B&B only but the bar opposite and several restaurants in the village catered for evening dining, although, being Spain, they didn't commence serving dinner until about 21.00 which for us was sometimes too late. .As a result we decided to eat a decent lunch wherever we happened to be and then had a snack later in the evening (e.g. Pizzas etc) in the hotel bar. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we couldn't fault it in any way. A lovely experience and we spent 6 nights there before moving on.

El pueblo en el que se encontraba el hotel estaba muy bien situado y con una perfecta comunicación a los sitios mas turísticos. La habitación estaba muy limpia aunque no era muy cómoda la cama. No obstante, nos encantó la atención por parte de los trabajadores y la dueña.

Las almohadas eran muy finas y la cama no era de 2 metros de largo. La wi-fi no llegaba bien en la segunda planta y se cortaba constantemente.
