"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful .
Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater .
Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side.

"Loved our peaceful stay in this very well equipped cottage. It’s in a great location with loads to do in the local area. The cottage has almost everything you could want, including a dishwasher! "

"Great overnight stop and would have like to stay longer. Takes a bit to find but it was well worth the effort. They say staff make a great stay including the owner. Would definitely go back next time I am in mid Wales. The room may suite was super with a great view over the countryside. It did rain but that's Wales for you! "
"Enjoyed my stay but had a few issues with my room - light in the bathroom did not work and water pressure in the shower was low. However, the hotel overall was really lovely and I would stay again. Just make sure that you book any spa treatments in advance as these book up very quickly."
"Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Bar food menu is excellent. Rooms are beginning to look tired and need updating, especially the shower and carpets. The front entrance looks spectacular with pots and hanging baskets in abundance. Gardener deserves the highest commendation for the trimmed topiary and flowers. However, all staff make your stay extra special as nothing is too much trouble. Definitely the best place to stay in Cwmbran. "
"Popped down for a 3 night stay after having a hand operation.
It was a really good idea as it stopped me trying to do anything I shouldn’t have been doing and it gave my husband time to spend with me as opposed to having to run around for me. Staff as usual friendly, helpful and wonderful!"
