The rooms were clean upon arrival. Upon check-in, they gave you the option if you want room services or not three days in I had to ask for someone to come and clean my room. Every day I had to ask for clean towels. The safe was locked out when I got here. But maintenance came up and locked it quickly. Overall, I definitely would stay there again.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
