"Lobby was welcoming and attractive. Check in was quick and easy. Jasper, front desk rep, was friendly, professional, and helpful. Hotel hallway carpet is obviously dirty, but everything else looked clean and smelled fresh. First impression of room was stale cigarette smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. However, room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bath and bed linens were plush, bright white, with no stains or tears. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower had great water pressure and temp was fairly steady throughout showers. We had a “balcony” suite on the first floor. There was a grassy dog walk area outside our room with a view of the hot tub. Unfortunately, we could not open the slider. We did not check out the pool or hot tub. The breakfast was very good. There were multiple options with cold and hot foods. We really appreciated the eggs cooked to order. Dining area was clean and well stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return the next time we are in the area."
