"Staff were lovely, very friendly beautiful place ,clean i was so pleased we stayed in the mansion house it had everything you could possibly need, bed was comfortable, our dog settled ok ,i would definitely recommend it to anyone pools ,tennis etc the bar was lovely and friendly owners food was lovely, nice cosy atmosphere loved it😘"

"A lovely pod next to the owner's farm house in a lovely quiet spot with a lovely private lake to walk around, hot tub to spend the night in, views of the hills from the deck in the day time, good parking space, Oven, hobs, microwave, toaster, and everything else you could need in the kitchen. Strong little heater and towel rack kept the pod plenty warm. Strong shower but it needs a bit more sealant around the bottom of the glass pane as it was leaking a bit near the sink. "A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience.
Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer.
Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows. "D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...
