"Property was very spacious, it was nice having an extra living space/games room for the kids to play on their console. Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Lovely surroundings and close to Snowdon. Quiet, even though on a reasonably busy road. The only issues were that the tv had an annoying blue spot in the middle of the screen, the WiFi didn’t reach to the far end of the building where downstairs bedrooms are but 4G signal was good. "My friend and I had a fabulous stay at the Black Boy. We received a very warm welcome, the staff were helpful, kind and courteous. Our room and all the public areas are well maintained and spotlessly clean. The shower was great, bed comfy and we were able to adjust the radiator to suit the temperature we like. Breakfast was great, hot dishes cooked to order. We absolutely loved that all the fires were lit and it felt really cosy on a cold winters day. We stayed in the original building, it was really quirky and very authentic. We would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
