"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

"Beautiful house. Very clean and has everything we needed while on our stay. The communication was great, so it was a straight forward visit. The night time we went to the pub, literally next door. "We enjoyed our time in Conwy and at the Castle Apartment very much. The facility was clean and stocked with everything we required for our stay of three days. "When we arrived staff were lovely and friendly. The family room we had was on the top floor so although its a family room its not ideal when you have a baby or toddlers as we had to leave our strollers in the car. When we got to our room the children found chocolate on the floor which we had to dispose of and we found rubbish still in the room. Some of the shampoo bottles were already open and were leaking on the shelf next to the bath. The room was nice apart from that. The beds were made well. It wasnt very convenient trying to get all our luggage through the dinning room to get to our room and as we were leaving also i bumped into someone having breakfast as i was trying to get our stuff out as the passage through was narrow. It was a really lovely atmosphere though all the staff were so helpful and friendly, they had food alternatives to support allergies. During our stay we found that as there is an outdoor sitting area a-lot of the time when we left or came back to the hotel people were smoking and its close to the entrance of the hotel so we had to walk past and with have young children and a baby with us we didn’t like breathing it in or having it around the children. I did inform staff of the state of our room and the gentleman at reception apologised and said he would ensure he sorted it. I found that over all it was a really lovely stay. It was really convenient as we were across from the beach and we got a parking permit so we could park for free."
