"Great Hotel and well located in Eryri to give you access to; Yr Wyddda, Carneddau and Glydeeau mountains. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The food was also good and the bar was reasonably priced for the area. It’s a 5 minute walk from Llanberis village centre and Llyn Padarn."

"Stayed 1st - 3rd of June. Absolutely amazing stay for our mini moon. The staff, the food, the room were all incredible. We can't wait to come back, so much so we have already pre booked a suite for our one year anniversary May 2027. Very relaxing stay just what we needed after a manic wedding weekend. The staff can't do enough for you, nothing is to much. We stayed in 222 unfortunately the ghostly activity didn't live up to other people reviews or maybe it just isn't haunted 😊 Old castle with great character but definitely no ghosts just the morning wake up call from the peacocks which we loved no complaints there. Thank you for a great stay and we can't wait to come back. 😊"

"We really enjoyed our stay at snowdonia mountain lodge. Location was great with amazing views on mountains surrounding the accomodation and nearby town that had everything we needed. We mainly stayed there to climb Snowdon which was not very far and we were lucky to have a great weather to do this. We stayed in en-suite family room which had everything we needed and was exactly as described and pictured on the website. The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and there was a kettle, cups and plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets. There was a communal kitchen and dining room nearby which was handy although it would be really nice to have a mini fridge in the room especially in the hot weather we recently had. Parking was brilliant as it was just outside our room/bungalow entry. The staff at the site were really friendly and helpful. We were shown around the site when we arrived and they recommended places to see which was nice. The booklet in room was very informative as well and had great recommendations. Coffee at nearby camp site was amazing. The accomodation itself has a really good feel to it. The atmosphere is really peaceful. We stayed there three nights but that was enough for us relax and recharge. We felt really good in there and we would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Snowdonia. Thank you to all staff at the site for a great stay."

"Generally the property was nice, however having stayed at similar properties over the years, I think there were a few things which could be improved. These are personal preferences but I think its the smaller touches which make all the difference. For example, it would have been nice if guests were given bath towels rather than the smaller sized towels, with spares available at the property. As the property had a hot tub, robes would have been nice. The tea and coffee selection was very basic. I also felt the beds have seen better days. Generally the property was clean but the kitchen floor felt sticky."
