"Not so fussed on the area of Lloret de Mar itself, a bit too party-ish for me and my partner but this hotel was absolutely fantastic, it is particularly worth upgrading to superior for access to the amazing rooftop pool which is highly relaxing with easy access to the bar. The breakfast was out of this world, everything you could possibly think of! Staff were always prompt and friendly. Excellent overall, cant think of any improvements!"

"Dieses Hotel bräuchte dringend eine Renovation. Der Receptionist (das einzige Personal das wir sahen) war hilfreich und kam eigens hoch um uns den Kochherd zu erklären (Minimum=6, Maximum=1....). Die Betten mussten wir selber anziehen. Da haben uns die vorherigen Bewertungen eher in die Irre geführt."

"My husband and I returned to Hotel Anabel after 53years. It was our 1st holiday together 1971. We were so glad we did. The family run hotel made such a fuss of us when we told them our reason for returning. The hotel is still fabulous. It is spotless and everything about it is high end. The bed, bedding and towels are what you would expect in a 5*. We loved our 4 days stay and it was very nostalgic for us. "We didn’t like the pool hours were only from 10am to 6pm. Since we only spend one night and arrived at 7 we missed the night swimming and check out was at 10am so we missed the day time hours. The doors to the hallway were thin allowing noise in our room. We loved the food options and the entertainment for the night was awesome! Wish we had of stayed a couple of days to experience more of the resorts options. "

"Good apartment, big and clean, very quiet area, but close to shops and the beach, technically maned 24 hours, but the older guy was always down the road having a coffee and the young guy just sat there looking at his phone all day, no charisma. Very strict policy for staying there, which is good, will visit again also the shower was hot and powerful "

"Pluses 1. Fab location a short walk from the beach and many shops 2. Sizeable family orientated complex. 3. Excellent themed menus on certain nights 4. 3 good pools which the kids loved Minuses 1. Not many but the I wish the pool restrictions against inflatables was enforced. It made adult swimming difficult. We saw the staff enforcing the reserving of pool loungers so that was good. 2. Seats at the evening entertainment were at a premium ( but we were there in peak season! ) "
