"Pool was freezing. One water slide was broken. Room was dirty. We got moved to a second room that was supposed to be cleaner but it was not.
Breakfast was also disappointing- a can of fruit salad, some bread for toast with a toaster that kept on breaking and some pancakes and waffles which weren’t too terrible. The hot food was some potatoes, and ham that was over cooked.
The staff was nice though and seemed willing to help but it’s hard to help when the cleaning staff doesn’t do their job, or their hands are tied cuz the manager won’t buy a new toaster.
It’s just a poorly managed hotel. This was our second time trying this hotel, as the first time was similar and we thought we would give it a second chance. We won’t be staying again."
