We found the Zoetry Mallorca a lovely place to stay with two teenagers.
The hotel is located in a middle of countryside and well positioned to visit several places, but you will need a car for travel.
The amenities are well kept and the staff were amazing, friendly and courteous.
We would definitely recommend Zoetry Mallorca for a relaxing break and a good base to visit several attractions and beaches in Mallorca.
We spent 8 nights at the Zoëtry Mallorca Hotel, and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel and the grounds are very beautiful, very well-maintained. The pool was heavenly. Our room was big, clean and modern, with a patio outside. We were just across from the pool. The staff was great. Very welcoming, very polite, very charming, very helpful. We especially enjoyed Neus, Idoia and Inez! Please give them our thanks. We were very impressed by the linguistic skills of all the staff. Everyone spoke fluent and idiomatic English. There were a number of German-speaking guests, and I was very impressed by the fluency in German of your staff. Bravo! The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. Very fresh, very beautifully prepared and presented, and very delicious. In short, we had a wonderful holiday, and enjoyed Mallorca greatly. Thank you.
Zoetry Mallorca was one of the most beautiful resorts i've ever stayed in. The service was incredible and the staff were so helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. I would recommend this resort to anyone who doesn't want to stay in the city of Palma and prefers a "country side" feel. It was such a peaceful stay. 10/10 stars!
Zoëtry Mallorca was by far our favorite stay during our trip and genuinely one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. The location was a little more rural than we expected, but the gorgeous property, peaceful setting, amazing staff, and excellent amenities made the experience truly special. We loved the combination of the historic chapel-style villa with modern wellness amenities.
As a cyclist, I especially appreciated having bike rentals directly at the hotel. The gym was beautiful and well equipped, and the spa was another highlight, with an indoor pool, sauna, and amazing massage therapists. It was the perfect place to relax.
The food at the bar was delicious, and breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Our only disappointment was dinner at the Mediterranean restaurant. We found the menu limited and unfortunately did not enjoy the dishes we ordered.
The rooms were very clean and organized, but felt basic compared with the exceptional quality of the rest of the property. The shower especially needs updating—it was overly complicated to operate and water seeped outside. Some modernization would help the rooms match the rest of this incredible hotel.
We did love our little porch with its table and chairs, perfect for enjoying afternoon wine.
Overall, a truly gorgeous property and easily our favorite hotel of the trip. We would happily return!
Everybody was so lovely. I was on a solo vacation and the property was fantastic. The regular food options were lovely, and the special BBQ and Italian evenings were also such a lovely change from the norm, albeit a bit pricy (€75pp) if you have dietary preferences/restrictions which mean you can’t eat some of the menu. The staff were great though, and tried to find alternates where possible. The breakfast was lovely too.
The yoga sessions in the beautiful chapel were such a good way to start your day, and it is a shame I didn’t get to stay on a Friday to try out the Pilates too.
The adult pool was peaceful and you can order food/drink to your sunbed using the QR code.
The whole place was conducive to placidity and reflection.
One thing that slightly discoloured my stay, was that my room had a slight bit of damp in the bathroom and the ceiling fan sounded like it was poorly fitted so I didn’t use it at night due to the noise.
Would 100% go back again and would advise others to go.
Be sure to download Mallorcab if you don’t use a hire car, as uber is a lot more expensive there.

The staff are all really welcoming and friendly. The amenities are great too.
Nice quiet hotel with luxury touch/aesthetic. Could do with some improvement in areas e.g. several spa facilities were non-functioning, only one lunch spot, no bar at adult pool and general grounds in some areas required some TLC. But very nice relaxing hotel with great food and excellent cocktails at the tapas bar. Comfy beds, good showers.
Angel from guests experience took our stay to the next level, Also Marcelo from front desk made our stay so much enjoyable.
Great hotel with a lot of history great staff and amazing location close to everything but yet quiet and intimate place.
This could be a Park Hyatt going back soon.
We stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary - we loved the experience from start to finish. Fantastic Junior Suite. incredible food at the pool bar, wonderful day beds by the pool, massage. It was the perfect experience. If there was one area for improvement it would be that some of the serving staff forget orders from time to time and need reminding - but we weren't bothered about that really
We stayed at Zoëtry Mallorca for one night, mainly because we had booked dinner at the on-site Andreu Genestra Michelin-starred restaurant. I didn’t research the hotel in much detail beforehand, as I assumed that a hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant on site would offer a genuine five-star experience.
The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, making it a lovely place to relax. As a Hotels.com member, we were upgraded to a Ponent Suite by the adults-only pool, which was a nice surprise.
Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It felt very dated, with worn out furniture and décor that didn’t live up to what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, it felt more like an ageing four-star property than a luxury resort.
Breakfast was good, but not exceptional considering the many reviews describing it as one of the hotel’s highlights. We chose to sit outside, but there were so many flies constantly landing on us and our food that it became quite unpleasant, and there were also numerous ants on the table.
We also enquired about a late check-out, which is charged at €20 per hour.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly dinner at the Michelin-starred Andreu Genestra restaurant, which was absolutely faultless and worth the visit.
In hindsight, I should have looked more closely at the hotel before booking. That said, when a hotel advertises itself as five-star, it’s reasonable to expect the rooms to reflect that standard.
Variety of cold cuts, cheeses, lox for breakfast along with yogurts, cereal and assortment of artisan breads. Really liked the offering of local dish made of crushed tomatoes, oil and seasoned salt. There was a la carte options available with different options for eggs and pancakes. Dinner was equally exquisite with delicious a la carte options.
Gym has mostly cardio equipment consisting of a few bikes, elliptical machine and treadmills. Free weights and a bench. I would prefer to have a better outfitted gym given it’s a “wellness” resort.
Spa and saunas were clean and not crowded at all. Perhaps it has to do with the time of the year and March-April being the slow season which was great for us!
They did struggle with providing timely service and so the wait time for breakfast/dinner was quite long (up to 30 min)
Once you get past the idea that everything has to be quick - it becomes very enjoyable. We would come back around the same time next year to take advantage of no crowds!!
A relaxing, peaceful and restful 5 night stay with super service from all the staff. The food was excellent and well worth being all-inclusive.
The only negative was the room which had nowhere to store clothes apart from the wardrobe so we had to keep everything in our suitcases on the floor. Some drawers would have been helpful. The shower was very slippery and dangerous when wet - as a result my husband couldn’t use it.
We very much hope to return..

Service at Dinner is poor, because there are not enough people. All staff is super friendly however.
Our room had a mold-smell so we requested a change: that went smooth. Rooms could use a renovation. Overall, a very beautiful place but needs renovation and an upgrade in service level.
Customer service and hospitality toward non-Caucasian guests could be better. However, they have a stunning resort and facilities. The 1-star Michelin restaurant is definitely worth checking out.
The hotel has beautiful facilities, and my stay was incredibly relaxing. The only thing note is that it’s a bit isolated from the city. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend it.
