Value for money

The firstimpression was not so good. I booked this place because I thougt this was a quiet place.. well, the hotel area was quiet, but they was playing 2 karaokemachines at the same time at the beach. Stayed here for 3 nights and liked It more after a day. Clean rooms, but not in the reseption area. The beach was used most of the locals and not clean

Bra läge med närhet till strand och utflykter på Bohol. Dåligt att hotellet inte hade restaurang. Finns inte mycket i närområdet heller...

Nice place with daytrips to must see sites

We stayed two nights at Villa Limpia in July 2018. It’s a nice play with very kind and helpful people. Closely located to the biggest tourist attractions and the hotel arrange tours as well. There are air conditioning in all rooms but you have to pay extra to activate it. There is no restaurant close by, but the Limpia will drive you instead. The beach is not for swimming but the swimming pool is decent. Overall nice play to stay for a couple of nights.

Mixed emotions

Charming hotel but will need some small repairs in the coming years. The pool is not big but nice. Quite close to the road to Tabliaran. No need to get a moto if dropped at right point. The receptionist is very helpfull and we thoroughly enjoyed the conversation with the female part of the couple that owns the place. Such a shame her husband is far from a decent host. Insulting my Philippine partner when she as at the pool the first day of our arrival and he suggested that he would rather see her in bathing gear. as in a more attractive view. As a bonus she got remarks about having a Pinoy man on the side beside me, her European partner. When I heard this from my partner I went looking for him asking the receptionist but instead his wife showed up. She is really a great character. The next days I hardly saw him as we were out a lot. Me too has not yet landed here. Villa Limpia is certainly good value for money and could do a lot better if their mattresses would not be that thin..

The hotel is far from the city and there's not a lot of restaurant around. But you can ask the staff to have some food. They are friendly and nice. The room are clean but the swimming pool is not very clear. The beach is ok with a lot of locals. There's the karaoke but it doesnt bother us.

Could of been better

I had five nights at the so called resort. At the time the whole island was without power and relying on generators. The management did little to make my stay too. I had paid extra for an air conditioned room however there was no power but the never offered a refund. There was often no water and never hot water. The shower was broken in any case. They had no ability to provide meals and what they did cook was often burnt. The whole place is run down. Beach is not good. Rooms are very basic. TV worked but no Chanel's. Would not stay there again. Only good thing was plenty of parking

Dirty pool

We booked the room so we can use the pool but unfortunately the pool wasn't clean!!! So we end up going home and not staying there for the night.
