"Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. "I had to say one of the best stays.. great location. Very good breakfast with fresh orange juice!! Lovely pool with views and good room. Parking included My only comments to charge for sauna and spa and the heating was so hot couldn't managed to change the room temperature Otherwise I would definitely come back .
