"Clean hotel friendly staff the food is ok Stayed 2 nights they didn’t replenish the water or tea and coffee first for everything but in general it was good"

"Location was perfect far enough off the square i.e about 50 feet to be quiet at night but easily accessible to all the downtown fun stuff on Quay Street. Our room is reasonably sized at a very nice bed and excellent shower and the staff was super friendly. Stumbling in at 3:00 a.m. from a late night session we were offered Waters all around as the desk staff got the door. Excellent for the price and I would recommend it!"
