Needs renovating.

Staff here were great and are obviously trying hard but the place needs a bit of renovating. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Terrible hotel

Room was dirty , saniflo unit was in use in bathroom with consequent noise issues .Foul odour coming up through shower floor and sink accompanied by gurgling noise when other residence were using there shower . Step to main bedroom door had large trip hazard which was not made visible . Condensation running down internal windows and noise from street appreciable. No staff on duty thought the twilight hours and no one available to complain to on morning if departure . In all a poor hotel with much work to do to bring it to an acceptable level .

Very dissatisfied - run down, tired and not particularly clean. Far too expensive for the little you get and you have to pay as soon as you arrive - before you've even seen your room! Would not recommend this hotel unless it is fully refurbished.

Crown hotel Lockerbie

The staff were friendly and food was tasty but accommodation was a little dated. I was there on business and so it was difficult to manage without a desk. Although wifi was advertised it did not actually work.

Never again

Hotel was awful and smelt very badly of damp, even packed our bags and left a day early, it cost us a nights stay but could not have possibly stayed another night. The smell of damp caused both of us to have sore throats in the morning, the mattresses were very worn and could even feel the bed base through them. Never again, avoid this place like the plague.
