"Bait and switch, no hot water in the bathroom, the tv didn’t work, walls were paper thin, and they gave us a room in their BALMORAL GUESTHOUSE instead of the hotel. When we checked in at the CALEDONIAN HOTEL we were told they actually had another building at the back where our room was. Turned out to be a low quality guest house building, and instead of the spacious double room pictured in their Expedia summary we got a cramped hole. There was no hot water in the bathroom.
