"The dishwasher in our room had something spilled on the front of it that was not cleaned. I arrived early at 2pm and stood at the desk for about 10 minutes while the attendant sat at a table looking at his phone before he noticed me. Then, could not do an early check in, even though it was only an hour before. When I returned after 3pm to check in there were 3 people ahead of me waiting. Seemed like they were not very efficient. "

"Aside from the noise—trains and rooms not sound proceed or well insulated, the hotel is very nice and quite comfortable with welcoming staff and excellent restaurant for dinner only."

"Unfortunately renovations are underway so areas, including the bar, were closed. The room was clean, staff was excellent and the parking was easy. Great location close to downtown. Ill return when renovations are complete."

"Filthy, loud horrible. Why do people think they can come to hotels and act like they don’t know any better. Kids running wild stomping at all course of the night. Doors slamming, can hear tvs and conversations through the walls. "
