Very friendly, helpful, attentive and hospitable staff. Within 10 minutes walk from the train station and close to many dining outlets.

First, check in was hassle free. The front desk staffs were welcoming and friendly. Elisabetha, Natanial, ( I may misspelled their name) Monia, they were very helpful and prompt action to my request. I appreciate this high level of service attributes. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good bed and choices of pillows to select is great. Parking is with a fee and well secured at their garage. It's a 3 star hotel and they will not help with luggages. It's a small village and everything is within walking distance

We paid for a sea view room which was on the 4th floor. The room we had was very clean, very large and many windows facing the sea and the square. Just 5 mins from train station. Restaurants and shops are all around! A little bit noisy at night but just close the windows and it will be fine. Bed was a little springy. Will definitely recommend it. Great point to explore Cinque Terre! And ferry to Portofino and Santa Magherita is just across the road!
