"The only small thing was the noise of the doors slamming, if they put slow close it would avoid this . Otherwise the hotel was perfect "

"Front desk staff was wonderful, very friendly. We didn’t use amenities. Room was clean but smelled like mold or mildew (none present that we could see) and drips from the bottles of lotion/shampoo in the bathroom. Bed was comfy. "

"The name is wrong on Hotels.com. It is NOT The Pottsville Inn...... It is The Pottsville Hotel. That created a great deal of confusion initially. I did pay extra for upgraded room, but no window(?) so I wonder what the upgrade was. Staff was helpful, we requested extra towels and a light bulb in one of the sconces. We got the extra towels but bulb was not replaced. A fire alarm went off in our room at 2:03 am while we were fast asleep...... not too happy about that but I managed to shut it off. Make sure to turn it back on in room 319"

"The staff were friendly checking in but the room was pretty bad. There was a brown substance on the open roll of toilet paper (Im not kidding) The bathroom faucet was extremely loose, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The TV was way out of adjustment because it cut the top of everyone's head. And the guy next to us kept yelling at his dog all night waking my wife up more than once. I do not recommend this place"
