"The staff was very friendly, however, the rooms were disappointing. The walls must be very thin because we could hear people talking in the next room and they weren’t arguing. Also, the tub made so much noise when you stood in it that it sounded like it was going to fall through the floor. Grout was missing on the bathroom tile floor and were uneven and crackled. It may have just been the room that we stayed in, but it felt unsafe.
The breakfast was disappointing as was our stay."
"The staff was very helpful. We arrived a little early for our check-in and rather than have us wait any longer. We were upgraded to a better room. Highly recommend this property."
"The bathroom door hit the toilet and could not close. There was a gap under the hotel door that was inch tall. The AC unit sounded like a generator at night, we barely slept. The room smelled like a wet sock."
"I didn't like the manager's attitude toward me in a recentful way. Also there were no smoke detectors in our room #215.I would not recommend econo lodge. Econo lodge ain't what it use to be. The staff were friendly and helpful."
"Dead tired after 9 hours on the road, I arrived at this motel. Desk clerk laughed when I asked about coffee in the morning, said to go to the Waffle House across the parking lot. Sheets were stained, walls were scuffed and paint peeling, bathtub looked grungy, floor boards were warped and sticking up. But it did have a fridge and a microwave, and the AC worked well. No bedbugs, so I stayed. Asked about ice later with the same response: Waffle House. In the morning, I used the microwave, after which all power to that side of the room went off, apparently a tripped circuit breaker, which I couldn't find. Tried to report this so the next guest wouldn't suffer, but no staff available when I checked out. Cost was $46, so I guess you get what you pay for, or a little less. NEVER AGAIN!"
"I try not to write reviews, but this one was definitely needed!!
No toilet paper
One towel when we checked in for 2 guests
And… hair…all in the beds! Nasty!!!!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE."
"TV did not work, phone didn’t work, room smelled, safety chain lock was pulled out the wall, outlets by bed and bathroom did not work. The manager was curt and wouldn’t make eye contact. It appeared from the men standing in the outside walk way that the majority of the rooms were highway construction workers looking for a cheap room. Across the street stands a Holiday Inn Express which was apparently at full capacity. We will stay there on our trip home."

What are holiday rentals like in Lodge?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Lodge. Holiday rentals offer extras such as patios, hot tubs and fire pits so you'll feel just like you're at home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can offer a sense of privacy away from shared hotel lifts and busy concierge desks while still allowing you to travel. You'll also find more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which makes a holiday rental an attractive option for family trips.
