"The room smelled horrible and husband seen a dead cockroach on the wall. Sink was cracked and the light was missing a shade. We felt uncomfortable and ended up leaving and finding something else. "

"Did not eat breakfast, early flight. The parking lot is poorly lit and is a bit cramped driving through. After checking in we found a bedbug in our bed. We tore the bed apart and did not see any more. You know what they say, when you find one.... The toilet in our room would continuously run if you didnt pay attention.The shuttle service to Eppley was great. Cost to leave our vehicle there was $5/day. "
