"Overall, our stay at the Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle was decent. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near the airport, making it a good option for travelers. However, our experience was let down by housekeeping. After returning from a long day of touring, we found that our room had not been properly serviced. The trash had not been taken out, and there was no toilet paper left in the room. I ended up carrying the trash downstairs to the front desk myself and had to request that toilet paper be brought to the room. While the staff was courteous and addressed the issue, this should have been handled before our return. Unfortunately, housekeeping is a core part of the guest experience, and these oversights significantly impacted our stay. The condition of the room upon our return is the primary reason I am rating this stay as average rather than excellent. For a hotel that markets itself as a 4- to 5-star property, I expected much greater attention to detail and service consistency. The hotel has many positive qualities, but improvements in housekeeping would be necessary for me to consider rating it higher in the future."
