Motel One Würzburg

"This is a new hotel, the property's hardware is first class German quality () amenities). However, the same can't be said about the helpfulness of the staffi. Note that the hotel provides minimum (read as zero) amenities in the room. There's no bottled water in the room, and when I asked the receptionist if any water is available (such as drinking water fountain, wending machine, complimentary bottled water) she said you can buy from the bar, which costs 6 Euros for 750 ml! Later, I saw that the receptionist gave bottled water to other guests at the check-in. Maybe she forgot to give us when we checked in? Another strange thing is that the hotel offers 4 Euro discount for using the public parking garage for 24 hours. While the garage charges 24 euros max for a day (24 hours). but the hotel insists that the guests must actually park for 24 hours to qualify for the discount (i.e. even if you paid 24 euros but parked less than 24 hours), for example in our case, we arrived after 15 p.m. ( check in time) and left by 12 p.m.( check out time) the following day, so we wouldn't get the discount. I wonder why this rule?? The public garage is less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel."

"I have to honestly say that my whole experience at the Moxy was great. From the vibrant atmosphere and modern hotel design to, most of all, the fantastic staff—everything exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Ms. M, Mr. Fl, and Mr. H, who made me feel like I was staying with friends at a home away from home. Their friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference. I will definitely recommend the Moxy to all my Army buddies and civilians alike. Keep up the great work! I hope I spelled their names correctly."

"Our stay at the lake hotel was simply wonderful. The room was very spacious, cozy, and tastefully furnished. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was excellent. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the evening meals were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the sauna, the hotel’s private beach right on the lake, and our large terrace. In short, we highly recommend this hotel."
