"Love our stay at The Passenger, a Bonvoy Marriott Hotel. We particularly love the Nespresso machine in the room, The hotel is less than 2 years old about 20 minutes bus ride from the city center. We were grateful to receive the transportation mobility voucher complimentary of the Salzburger region. The front desk was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this to anyone. "

"The room was good, and the staff was excellent. Location to train station is great, but the walk to old town is pretty sketchy. Not the best neighborhood to go through. I would recommend staying closer to the attractions."

"Very modern hotel with state of the art everything. Comfortable rooms and large bathroom with great shower. A bit out of the way from city center but not that difficult to use public transport to get into the city. I can’t really comment on amenities because we didn’t really use the facility except to sleep. Was a bit disappointed that they don’t provide bottled water as most hotels do. Comment was made that there’s no need for bottled water because the Austrian water is pure and can be taken from the faucet; but unless you have your own container, you can’t take the water with you on the tram. A minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nevertheless. Staff could have been friendlier; very stiff and formal except for one gentleman who was very helpful. Because of the location (literally next to the convention center), this seems to be a hotel that caters more to business people than to tourists and perhaps that is the reason why the friendliness we’ve come to expect from hotel staff was lacking. Nonetheless, this is a beautiful hotel, very nicely appointed and a perfect location for anyone using the convention center."

"The rooms were very clean, the staff was so helpful and kind, we didn't go to the spa but all amenities were great. My favorite part of it all was the breakfast! It was fresh and delicious! 10/10"

"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said they couldn’t do anything as long as the hotel/host was not responding."

"Best and most comfortable, clean, most luxurious house rental accommodation! All staff were very friendly, treat you like own family! Awesome and cleaned jacuzzi poor, and hot sauna with in the house. Swimming pool located about 50 feet aways. Delivered breakfast and pack special lunch, and dinner Delivered to our accommodation! Highly recommend to any one seeking peaceful and comfortable family vacation accommodation! We loved it! Surely, we will be back!"
